Lou brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Bloc Property team, built on a long and diverse career in senior management roles within the childcare sector. Most recently, Lou served as an Area Manager for a national organisation, where she successfully led and supported a team of 40 across multiple centres.
Highly articulate and commercially minded, Lou is well-versed in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting procedures, with a proven ability to optimise operational performance while maintaining strong team culture.
